(EEK~ I just published my 250th post!)
Although Eli calls it Peach White, i kind of want to rename this one “Momotaro Rose”.
In aroma, Peach White is vociferous of rose petal, with maybe a single voice of peach lost in the din. Peach White’s liquor hue makes it apparent that both peach and rose petal are present: a peach-tinged salmon pink. In flavor, it’s not only a peach blossom Fruit Tea, but also a rose Tisane, with a woody/twiggy White finish. Wow! 0.0 A combined three styles in one beverage. I’ve never seen this done before; I’m speechless.
In texture, Peach White actually has both a Tippy furriness as well as the velvet petal furriness from the rose petals. Quite a brilliant move on Eli’s part. The really amazing part about Peach White is that it works just as well as an Iced Tea as it does hot (extra spunk points for that). Additionally, i really like the way the rose petal stains my paper infuser pink. Cute~ :)
I feel like this tea reminds me of an anime or a light novel. If you’re into anime, Peach White makes me think of Yumi and Yuuki’s relationship on Maria-sama ga Miteru. If we wanted to give Peach White a more jazzy manga-like name, you could call it “Momotaro Rose” and it would feel well-suited.

Eli has created another Best in Class White. Peach White is his fourth tea I’ve reviewed to score over 95%, and his third to score at least 96%. In my decade of experience with tea, Eli’s groundbreaking results are just totally unheard of. I’m flabbergasted (in a good way xD) and a little humbled. Eli, you are a prodigy. Well done!
